
PCOS Wellness Kitchen was created by Krista Linares, MPH, RD (that's me!).
I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early twenties. When I was diagnosed, I was told to lose 10 lbs and nothing else.
I felt like I had to completely re-learn how to cook. Turns out this wasn't the case … but I had so little guidance in the moment, that this is how I felt.
And that's why I became a Registered Dietitian. My goal is to help other women who have recently been diagnosed build lasting habits to improve their symptoms, reduce cravings, and help them feel in charge of their own lives again, all without unnecessary restrictions or spending hours in the kitchen .
