PCOS Wellness Kitchen was created by Krista Linares, MPH, RD (that's me!).
I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early twenties. When I was diagnosed, I was told to lose 10 lbs and that was it. No advice, no guidance, no one to listen to my fears.
I felt like I had to completely re-learn how to eat. Looking back now, I know this wasn't the case. But with so little guidance, this was how it felt to me in the moment.
And that's why I became a Registered Dietitian. My goal is to help other women who have recently been diagnosed build lasting habits to improve their symptoms, reduce cravings, and help them feel in charge of their own lives again, all without unnecessary restrictions or spending hours in the kitchen .
If you're looking for simple recipes and meal plans that can support you while you learn to navigate PCOS, you're in the right place.
